Directions: Ohio’s permit test is divided into 2 sections of 20 questions each: 1) Road Signs and 2) Road Rules. Questions are based on sections of the Ohio Digest of Motor Vehicle Laws. Ohio requires applicants answer correctly 15 questions from each section of the permit test in order to pass.
